We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any much more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
